As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented Hospital Manager who will also fulfill RVT responsibilities to join our team.


The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Hospital Manager who is also an experienced RVT to blend clinical expertise with managerial skills. This full-time role offers a unique chance to lead our team and drive excellence while providing hands-on veterinary care.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring top-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
  • Partner with our Managing DVM to manage staffing, training, and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and budget goals.
  • Handle client communications and resolve issues promptly to enhance client experiences.
  • Manage payroll, hospital inventory, and administrative costs while striving to meet budgetary targets.
  • Implement strategic local marketing initiatives to drive client visits and engage with the community.
  • Execute quality diagnostic imaging and provide excellent veterinary nursing care.
  • Assist with surgical and therapeutic procedures, including anesthesia and analgesia, while maintaining medical equipment.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of RVT experience in a veterinary setting, ideally with some leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to exceptional client service.

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

  • Skilled in building teams and maintaining a high performing culture.
  • Experience with payroll, budgeting, and annual goal setting.
  • Familiarity with MS Suite, Ceridian Dayforce and PIMS software deemed advantageous
