River Forest Animal Hospital is a well estabished, full service companion animal hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care/procedures. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventative care for young, healthy pets, as well as early detection and treatment of diseases in senior pets. At River Forest Animal Hospital we utilize up-to-date technology in our modern treatment area, surgical suite and brand new dental suite. About You:

You must have experience working closely with animals and a desire to learn more about animal health care.

You must have experience handling animals and understand the basics of animal restraint.

You must enjoy collaborating with a team to provide outstanding veterinary care.

You can execute basic kennel duties such as walking, feeding, administering medication, bathing, trimming nails, and monitoring pets.

You can tackle basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning kennels, sweeping and mopping, laundry.

You have sterilized surgical packs and gowns or are willing to learn.

You have a flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and occasionally work a 12hr shift.
