About Us:

 

At Central Coast Pet Emergency Hospital, we provide round-the-clock intensive, emergent, and urgent care services to our beloved animal companions when their primary care veterinarians are unavailable. Our practice prides itself on delivering elevated veterinary medicine while maintaining a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.

 

About You:

 

As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), you'll play a vital role in our team, utilizing your expertise to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients. Key responsibilities include:

 

- Venipuncture

- Placing IV Catheters

- Drug Calculations

- Administration of Medications (IV or other methods)

- Monitoring Anesthetic Procedures

- Taking Vitals

- Gathering Medical History

 

Available Shifts:

 

- Dayshift: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

- Various Swing-shifts: Sundays through Saturdays

- Overnights: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

- Full-time and part-time opportunities available

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

We offer competitive compensation based on your background, knowledge, and skillset:

 

- RVT: $27 – $35/ hour
