Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our business growth through data-driven insights. You will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data related to pet parents, pets, and sales mix to inform strategic decision-making. He/She will collaborate with key cross-functional teams to educate on data-readiness, apply problem-solving frameworks, and employ a range of analytic techniques on available data sources to help ensure decisions are appropriately data-driven. They will work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and act as the translator between more technical roles (e.g.,software engineers) and more business-oriented roles (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Strategy).

The Manager must bring a servant leader mindset to help build and develop relationships in a fast paced and evolving workplace.

Responsibilities:

· Acquire and analyze data from primary and secondary sources, identifying trends and patterns.

· Collaborate with colleagues to understand and communicate insights derived from large-scale data sets.

· Prioritize business and information needs in collaboration with management.

· Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools such as SQL and PowerBI to create insightful reports and dashboards.

· Support various teams including marketing, operations, and finance with their data analysis needs.

· Develop automated tools and scripts to streamline data processes.

· Prepare and present reports to executive leadership, communicating trends, patterns, and predictions effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in consumer-focused industries.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in SQL and BI visualization tools, including PowerBI.

· Familiarity with Python-based analysis is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems.

· Literate in fundamental statistical methodologies; real-life experience applying various analytical outputs to real business solutions

· Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, and delivering in an unstructured environment

· Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers

· Self-starter, with high motivation, maturity and personal initiative


Compensation: The base salary range is $100,000-$120,000 with opportunity for an annual incentive.
