**Your Role as Medical Director:**


Partner with our Practice Manager to:

- Provide medical leadership and mentorship

- Drive clinical excellence and innovation

- Ensure regulatory compliance

- Guide financial performance and growth

- Collaborate with NVA Divisional Leadership

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**


- DVM degree from an accredited university

- Oregon veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
