The Role: As Managing Veterinarian, you will:

  • Provide medical leadership and ensure high-quality care
  • Manage associate veterinarians and oversee regulatory compliance
  • Foster a collaborative team environment
  • Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive financial performance
  • Direct staff and overall practice management

Ideal Candidate:

  • DVM or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Current state veterinary license in good standing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent medical standards and ethics
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
  • Excellent decision-making and time management skills
  • Willingness to partner with Hospital Manager to ensure hospital success
