Up to $30K Sign-On Bonus + Monthly Housing Stipend (First Year)


Lange Veterinary Center has been a trusted part of the Lake Havasu City community since 1997.  We’re a progressive, well-established small animal and exotics practice known for our high-quality medicine, loyal clientele, and long-tenured, close-knit team.  We’re excited to welcome a Managing Veterinarian ready to bring strong leadership, fresh ideas, and genuine passion to our collaborative, upbeat environment.


At Lange, you’ll work alongside a highly skilled crew of technicians and client service professionals, most with over 20 years of experience.  We value laughter, teamwork, and innovation, and we give our doctors the autonomy and support to practice their very best medicine.




Your Role as Managing Veterinarian: 

As our MDVM, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our mission of excellence by:

  • Setting clinical standards and medical protocols

  • Leading a passionate team

  • Championing patient care and client satisfaction

  • Partnering with practice leadership to support business growth

  • Overseeing regulatory compliance and safety standards

  • Innovating with new treatments, services, and technologies

What You’ll Find at Lange

  • Three exam rooms (including one for exotics)

  • Dedicated surgical suite and dental area

  • IDEXX in-house diagnostics

  • Digital full-body and dental radiography

  • Mobile ultrasound for quick scans

  • Small endoscope for exotic cases

  • Comprehensive GP and urgent care services

  • Surgery with a strong focus on dentistry




Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience

  • Monthly production-based bonuses

  • Up to $30K sign-on bonus

  • Monthly housing stipend during your first year
