As a Veterinary Medical Director, you are given the authority to provide medical leadership for the hospital, manage Associate Veterinarians, lead and coach support staff, and assure regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. Our Managing Veterinarian is also a key part of creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.
The staff at Twin Bridges is second to none and we encourage continuing education and personal growth. Well established in the Quad Cities, the clinic sees small animals including pocket pets and some exotics. We are in a beautiful, new space equipped with 4 exam rooms, a surgery suite, 2 treatment tables that can be used for dentals, full range of IDEXX equipment, pharmacy, ultrasound machine, surgical laser, and a brand new x-ray. The Quad Cities have been named “The Most Affordable Metro” by Forbes magazine. It is a mix of city life but not as overwhelming as a major metropolitan area. You get everything you could possibly want in a big city without the cost of big city living, but still close enough to Chicago for a quick weekend getaway. The Quad Cities region bills itself as “cool, creative, connected & prosperous” – and for good reason. Comprised of six counties in Illinois and Iowa, the Quad Cities boasts a low cost of living, easy commutes, nationally regarded K-12 schools, and ample cultural and recreational amenities including theaters, riverfront attractions, hundreds of miles of trails, and a plethora of dining options. There are a number of colleges and universities as well as numerous landmarks to provide endless activities and sites to explore including the largest helium balloon parade and festival of trees.
