Managing Veterinarian – North Branch Veterinary Hospital | Near St. Paul, MN | $150K+ Starting Salary | Established, Supportive Team

North Branch Veterinary Hospital, just 30 minutes north of St. Paul, MN, is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to lead our well-established and well-equipped small animal practice. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role.

We’re searching for a compassionate and collaborative DVM who enjoys mentoring others, driving high standards of care, and cultivating an exceptional team and client experience.

What You’ll Find at North Branch:

  • Full interior remodel scheduled to be completed by end of 2025!
  • 3 exam rooms (expanding to 5 with the remodel), digital x-ray, dental digital radiography, IDEXX in-house lab, surgical laser, ultrasound, and new surgical lighting & dental equipment
  • A stable and experienced support staff, trained to manage general wellness, surgical, dentals, and urgent care cases

Your Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Guide medical protocols, ensuring consistent, high-quality care
  • Support associate veterinarians through mentorship and case oversight
  • Partner with the Hospital Manager on operations, staff development, and financial performance
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and supporting DVMs and staff
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented, and compliant work environment
