Why You’ll Love It Here:

At All Creatures, we do more than care for pets—we build relationships, support our community, and have a great time doing it. From team TikToks to staff celebrations, costume contests, and volunteer events, we believe a connected team creates a healthier work environment and better patient outcomes.

You’ll be leading a tenured and passionate group of doctors, backed by a strong Hospital Manager and support staff that truly cares. We’re proud of our collaborative culture, where mentorship, transparency, and shared goals are the norm—not the exception.

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing medical and surgical cases and ensuring top-tier care standards
  • Coaching and mentoring associate veterinarians
  • Driving medical quality, innovation, and client communication excellence
  • Partnering with the Hospital Manager to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Supporting staff development through training and feedback
  • Leading community engagement efforts and strengthening hospital visibility
  • Managing hospital performance metrics, financial planning, and team morale

What Makes Us Unique:

  • Fun, supportive culture—team outings, community projects, and a shared passion for what we do
  • Flexible scheduling and no on-call
  • A beautiful, modern hospital with state-of-the-art equipment and paperless records
  • A focus on artful medicine with high-quality outcomes, not just quantity

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive ProSal pay structure: $150,000–$190,000 base + 22% production
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation support
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid continuing education
  • DEA and state licensure reimbursement
  • VIN membership and professional dues
  • Matching 401(k) retirement plan
  • Generous staff pet discounts
  • Access to advanced training in dentistry, ultrasound, and surgery at our exclusive PetOne training center

Hospital Features:

  • Modern, barn-style facility surrounded by scenic Rockland County
  • 2 surgical suites, digital radiology, in-house lab and diagnostics
  • Avimark paperless software and electric lift tables in all rooms
  • Strong referral relationships and loyal, appreciative client base

About Pomona, NY:

Nestled in Rockland County, Pomona is a peaceful, nature-rich community just 30 minutes from Westchester and a short drive from NYC. With scenic views, local hiking trails, and quiet charm, it’s the perfect mix of small-town feel and big-city access.

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD with an active license in New York (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • Strong surgical and medical skills; comfort with dentistry a plus
  • Leadership experience or interest in team development and hospital operations
