Overview

Ethos Science is seeking a strategic and collaborative marketing professional to drive site-level marketing initiatives across participating veterinary hospitals. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that support clinical study activation and patient enrollment.


Working closely with the Senior Science Marketing Manager, this position translates broader marketing strategies into effective, site-specific approaches while exercising independent judgment in execution, prioritization, and performance optimization. The role plays a key part in influencing hospital engagement, improving enrollment outcomes, and supporting the success of clinical research initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Site-Level Marketing Strategy & Execution (40%)

  • Develop and implement site-level marketing strategies aligned with broader clinical study objectives
  • Address and evaluate hospital-specific needs and tailor marketing approaches to drive engagement and patient enrollment
  • Create and oversee development of marketing assets (flyers, email campaigns, in-hospital materials), ensuring effectiveness and alignment with brand standards
  • Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and adjust tactics based on data, feedback, and observed outcomes

Hospital Engagement & Performance Optimization (25%)

  • Serve as a primary marketing partner to participating hospitals, advising on best practices to improve study activation and enrollment
  • Identify barriers to participation and recommend solutions in collaboration with clinical and operations teams
  • Lead ongoing communication with hospital stakeholders, influencing adoption of marketing tools and strategies
  • Analyze site performance trends and provide recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes

Study Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

  • Lead execution of marketing deliverables tied to sponsor requirements, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations
  • Contribute to development of internal and external communications, including newsletters, website content, and recruitment campaigns
  • Support development of scalable marketing approaches across multiple studies

Events, Conferences & Brand Presence (10%)

  • Contribute to planning and execution of conferences and events, including messaging, materials, and engagement strategies
  • Represent Ethos Science at industry events, supporting brand visibility and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, veterinary medicine, clinical research, or field marketing
  • Experience in clinical research or veterinary clinic preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Willingness to travel up to ~20%



The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
