Job Summary:
Ethos Science is seeking a motivated and collaborative marketing professional to support the execution of clinical study marketing initiatives across participating veterinary hospitals. This role focuses on site-level activation, asset creation, and ongoing hospital relationships, working closely with the senior marketing manager to bring broader strategies to life.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring veterinary teams have the tools, resources, and communication needed to successfully participate in clinical studies and enroll patients. It is an excellent opportunity for a marketer looking to grow within a complex, fast-paced organization and gain exposure to clinical research, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Site-Level Marketing Execution (50%)
- Execute marketing plans and timelines developed in partnership with the senior science marketing manager
- Create and manage site-specific marketing assets, including flyers, handouts, email templates, and in-hospital materials in partnership with network designers
- Coordinate delivery and deployment of marketing tools to participating clinics
- Ensure consistency with Ethos Science brand and messaging standards
Hospital Relationships & Ongoing Support (25%)
- Maintain regular communication with participating hospitals to ensure they have the marketing support they need
- Serve as a point of contact for site-level marketing questions and requests
- Partner with hospital teams to troubleshoot barriers to enrollment and activation in collaboration with clinical research associates
- Support monthly check-ins and ongoing engagement with sites
- Create and maintain both internal and external website content in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Create content for cross-functional publications and newsletters to assist in meeting site recruitment goals and assist in providing overall performance updates in collaboration with operations manager and other stakeholders
Study & Incentive Support (15%)
- Assist with the execution of marketing components tied to sponsor contracts
- Partner with the operations manager to help manage and communicate veterinary team incentives
- Track timelines, deliverables, and asset needs across multiple active studies
Events, Conferences & Travel Support (10%)
- Support conference planning, preparation, and execution alongside the senior marketing lead
- Attend conferences and on-site events as needed with other team members to maintain an Ethos Science brand presence
- Assist with on-site logistics, materials, and follow-up communications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in veterinary medicine (strongly preferred), healthcare, events, or field marketing or applicable experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with hospital teams
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
- Experience in clinical research or veterinary clinic preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
The hourly range for this full-time non-exempt position is $26.92-$35.00. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
