Fully remote (up to 20% travel)

As a Marketing Business Partner, you’ll sit at the center of strategy and execution, owning how marketing fuels growth for approximately 180 veterinary hospitals across the U.S. You’ll build smart, localized growth plans, influence business decisions, and help hospital teams turn marketing into a true competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do:

Own Growth at the Hospital Level

  • Develop and lead customized growth marketing plans for individual hospitals, grounded in performance data, local market dynamics, and operational goals
  • Identify opportunities to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation, and turn them into clear, actionable plans hospitals can execute
  • Set priorities, define success metrics, and continuously evolve plans to maximize impact

·       Travel periodically to supported markets to build relationships, support growth planning, and participate in key field and hospital meetings


Be a Trusted Strategic Partner

  • Serve as the go-to marketing expert for your territory, partnering closely with Field Operations leaders and hospital teams
  • Participate in operational and leadership meetings as an extension of the field team, helping shape growth conversations
  • Influence and coach hospitals to confidently adopt and execute marketing programs that drive same-store growth

Activate Programs & Drive Measurable Impact

  • Partner closely with the Growth Marketing team to activate paid media, social, email, reminder, and integrated campaigns, ensuring hospitals understand, adopt, and fully leverage available programs
  • Translate centralized marketing strategies into clear, actionable guidance for hospitals, empowering teams to execute with confidence
  • Develop, educate, and guide hospitals on the effective use of toolkits, templates, and self-serve resources to support local execution
  • Steward brand standards across all hospital marketing efforts and collaborate with Brand and Communications teams on PR and crisis response as needed
  • Monitor performance, spot trends, and optimize quickly, balancing near-term wins with long-term growth
  • Identify best practices, flag risks early, and course-correct when needed

Lead with Insights

  • Translate reporting and analytics into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for Field Leadership
  • Tell the story behind the numbers – what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next
  • Pilot new programs and test innovative approaches in supported markets

Shape the Future of Marketing

  • Act as a voice of the field, bringing insights and feedback back to the marketing organization
  • Help refine, localize, and evolve programs to better serve hospitals and their communities

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6+ years of experience in consumer and/or B2B marketing
  • A proven track record of building and executing growth-focused marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and the tactics that drive results
  • Comfortable influencing without authority and partnering with operational leaders
  • Equally strong in strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Data-driven, ROI-minded, and confident using insights to guide decisions
  • Organized, adaptable, and energized by managing multiple priorities
  • Curious, pragmatic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • PR or crisis response experience preferred
  • Veterinary, healthcare, or multi-location experience a plus
  • Comfortable with up to 20% travel to support hospital and field partners

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 plus bonus and is eligible for benefits.
