NVA General Practice has an exciting opportunity to join our talented Marketing team. We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Business Partner to provide localized marketing support, driving hospital growth through participation and performance in marketing tools and programs to assigned ~180 US general practice veterinary hospitals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the marketing expert and strategic partner for assigned territory, ensuring effective communication and adoption of key programs across numerous brands and hospitals
  • Understand the goals and priorities of Field Operations partners within the territory. Participate in operational meetings and collaborate as an integral extension of their team
  • Develop and execute growth marketing plans for individual veterinary clinics. Track and analyze results and adapt marketing initiatives as needed
  •  Influence field operations and individual hospitals to leverage and execute campaigns to drive same store growth
  • Understand competitive environment for supported hospitals
  • Become an expert in all the marketing programs available at NVA
  • Continually evaluate performance across multiple channels, identifying best practices and uncovering potential issues for optimization
  • Lead pilot opportunities in supported market
  • Leverage reporting and data to synthesize and present key marketing performance insights and strategic recommendations to Field Leadership partners
  • Solicit insights and feedback in a coordinated manner form the Field to share back with the marketing organization to continuously improve programs and localize when needed.


What makes you a great fit:

  • 6+ years in consumer and/or business marketing
  • Strategic and multifaceted marketer who understands the role of marketing throughout the purchase funnel, the types of tactics that drive results (e.g. paid search, social, offers, email, text, online reviews, reminder messages, and educational content), and the ability and confidence to educate others
  • Experience with PR / crisis response preferred
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution with ease
  • Great at sharing best practices and leveraging best practices from others
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong project management skills, adept at organizing, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated team player comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Adept at working with multiple clients
  • Ability to identify opportunities and risks
  • Comfortable with analytics and believe in ROI based marketing
  • Ability to work independently with a “roll up your sleeves” approach to work
  • Incredibly curious, an active listener, self-motivated, innovative and pragmatic
  • Veterinary or human health experience a plus but not required
  • Up to 20% travel

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 plus bonus and is eligible for benefits.
