JOB SUMMARY:


Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team.  Reporting to the Group Manager (Field Marketing), the Marketing Manager leads marketing initiatives for assigned specialty and emergency hospitals, including executing local campaigns, collaborating with SMEs to understand and communicate new digital initiatives, and partnering with hospital leadership to align marketing plans with hospital goals.  The Marketing Manager leverages a mix of online and offline tactics to develop growth-focused marketing plans, including service awareness, new site and expansion launches, digital marketing and lead generation, reputation management, social media, recruitment support, crisis communications, and external B2C/B2B engagement.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Field Operations and Hospital Directors to understand business objectives and develop targeted marketing plans that drive measurable results.
  • Create 6–12-month data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans tailored to each hospital’s goals and market conditions.
  • Design and execute marketing programs in collaboration with hospital leadership and local teams to increase client visits, boost hospital awareness, and educate both referring professionals and clients on services.
  • Develop diverse marketing content and collateral for online and offline channels, including digital ads, brochures, merchandise, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Manage hospital social media profiles and online reputation, curating content, optimizing paid and organic campaigns, and engaging with the client community.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for assigned hospitals, responding to marketing support needs efficiently.
  • Analyze marketing performance and competitive activity to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budget and spending for all hospitals in the portfolio.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, including developing and executing strategic marketing plans that integrate traditional and digital tactics; experience managing multiple high-priority projects, preferably across multiple brands or locations.
  • Proven expertise managing multiple social media channels, encompassing content strategy, paid and organic posting, community engagement (responding to reviews), and performance tracking (followers, reach, engagement).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging marketing data to drive decision-making and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, collaborating closely with operations teams that set hospital goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, including client and partner engagement, presenting plans, explaining data insights, and addressing feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including copywriting and attention to grammar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, email marketing, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving, innovative thinking, and resilience.
  • Experience in animal health or healthcare is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Occasional travel required.


The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$80,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
