Ethos Veterinary Health has an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team. We are currently looking to add a Marketing Manager, to support the talent acquisition efforts for the brand at large.

Position Description
The Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a leadership role in the strategic development, execution, and management of the annual talent brand marketing program in partnership with cross-functional teams in talent acquisition, digital marketing, internal communications, medical marketing and more. They will provide leadership in the development of messaging strategy, advertising campaigns, industry engagement, and content development programs to keep Ethos top of mind in the specialty & emergency animal health industry and for employment prospects.
Though not exhaustive, this position will:
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to understand departmental objectives and develop full-funnel recruitment campaigns tied to hiring outcomes
• Own paid and organic recruitment marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic and endemic job advertising, retargeting, email nurture and CRM campaigns
• Partner with Digital Marketing to optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and candidate journey performance
• Design and implement segmented candidate journey architectures (by role type, career stage, and market), integrating lifecycle nurture strategies, automation, and personalized touchpoints to guide prospects from awareness through application, interview, and hire
• Implement testing frameworks (creative, messaging, channel mix, landing page optimization) to improve applicant conversion rates
• Establish recruitment marketing KPIs aligned to hiring outcomes and build dashboards in partnership with analytics to connect marketing investment to hires
• Analyze channel performance and reallocate spend toward highest-performing acquisition sources
• Translate clinical excellence, career development pathways, and professional growth opportunities into compelling acquisition messaging
• Lead the execution and operationalization of our Employment Value Proposition (EVP), translating EVP pillars into targeted messaging, content, and full-funnel recruitment campaigns that drive applicant volume, engagement, and conversion across priority roles and markets
• Collaborate with Social and Creative teams to deploy recruitment-focused campaigns across digital and industry channels
• Support event marketing strategy by aligning conference presence to hiring objectives and measurable follow-up campaigns
• Curate content from across the community to highlight our hospitals and define why talent should choose Ethos over our competitors
Qualifications for this position:
• A minimum of 6 years in marketing with a focus or experience with employment marketing highly preferred
• Experience in veterinary medicine/animal health, any role, but exposure and a general understanding of the industry is required
• Demonstrated success executing and managing marketing campaigns with clear ROI-focused metrics
• Strong, linear, and clear communication skills with the ability to articulate nuanced insights and ideas and creative feedback
• Customer / audience segmentation experience a plus
• PPT design and copywriting skills required
• Digital marketing background preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce, Avature, or other CRMs a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10% travel to support tradeshows, content development, and team meetings

Compensation: The salary range for the position is between $78,000-90,000.
