Marketing Offers Senior Specialist – Client offers and social engagement

Summary: National Veterinary Associates has an exciting opportunity to join NVA’s General Practice (GP) Marketing team. We are currently looking for a marketer with strong analytic skills, outstanding communication savvy, and a solid business acumen to manage promotional offer strategies that will help drive compliance with existing clients and acquire new clients. Reporting into the Client Engagement Marketing Manager, this position has the unique opportunity to define and deliver campaign work to effectively message and communicate offers and education around services that support business growth while providing clients with valued incentives.

This position will serve in support of the following specific functions:

• Working with the marketing manager, our pricing team, and field operations to translate data, business need and client insight into relevant offer opportunities to incent and drive action.

• Responsible for planning, developing, executing across multiple marketing channels, and measuring offer promotions.

• Work with the paid media team to promote offers to drive new client acquisition.

• Collaborate, engage and influence others to support the strategic vision, as well as a true team player ready to take on any task to ensure commitments are delivered on time and as promised.

• Track and analyze results of marketing activations across channels to develop strategy, inform program revisions, and communicate marketing value to key stakeholders

Though not exhaustive, this position will also:

• Supporting Client Engagement campaigns inclusive education, advice content relevant to offer topics.

• Establish, maintain, and align to brand standards for creative that reinforces the brand positioning we own delivering on business goals while being flexible enough for use by the range of individual hospital brands.

• Working with Marketing Operations to deploy offer campaigns according to set targeting and timeline

• Manage queries from hospital and field leaders regarding available offers and how deployment works

• Pull together monthly offers reporting including promo code redemption reports and volume reports

• Respond to service tickets daily from hospitals

Qualifications for this position:

• A minimum of 5 years in consumer, digital media marketing

• Discount promotional and/or editorial content planning and execution experience

• Experience reviewing and interpreting analytics to adjust strategy and report on performance

• Demonstrated success executing and managing marketing campaigns with clear ROI-focused metrics

• Strong, linear, and clear communication skills with the ability to articulate nuanced insights and ideas

• While the candidate may come from any industry, experience in a high-growth, progressive environment is preferable

• Retail, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing, technology, or communications

A successful candidate for this position is:

• Analytical with a strong affinity towards metrics analysis and number crunching but also creative in problem solving

• Comfortable working with external agencies, creative teams, and internal departments to execute campaigns and projects

• A team player, collaborator, and strong contributor

• Experience operating in an franchise or consolidator business model

• Detail-oriented, knowing that the most important part of any good plan is great execution

• Passionate about doing good, results-oriented work

• Biased toward action, works with a sense of urgency and proactivity

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 with opportunity for annual incentive.
