What You'll Do

  • Provide Clinical Leadership - Guide medical protocols, mentor veterinarians, and ensure the highest standards of patient care
  • Drive Practice Excellence - Maintain our reputation as the area's premier veterinary facility
  • Expand Exotic Medicine - Lead our unique exotic and pocket pet services, setting us apart from other practices
  • Team Development - Foster growth and continuing education within our accomplished veterinary team
  • Community Engagement - Represent our hospital as a leader in the Anchorage veterinary community and partner with our sister hospitals in the region to serve the entire state.

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience in veterinary practice management
  • Strong clinical skills across small animal medicine
  • Exotic animal experience preferred - or enthusiasm to develop expertise
  • Adventurous spirit ready to embrace the Alaska lifestyle
