Coffee Road Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director!
We are looking for a full-time Medical Director to lead our thriving small animal practice and boarding facility in Bakersfield, CA. As the Medical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations and serve as the senior veterinarian, providing comprehensive high-quality veterinary care with an emphasis on exceptional client service and patient care. Our doctors and hospital staff are committed to delivering the best possible health services for every patient.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the medical direction and standards of the hospital. You will mentor and support our team of veterinarians, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate with the leadership to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain an active clinical caseload, handling both emergency cases and less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues.

· Up to $100,000 in bonuses (based on experience level)
· Salary range of $130K-$200K+ depending on experience level
