Your Impact:

As our Medical Director, you'll seamlessly blend hands-on veterinary medicine with strategic leadership. You'll establish clinical protocols, mentor talented colleagues, and tackle complex cases alongside a team that values collaboration over competition. Your leadership will build upon our stellar reputation—reflected in consistently outstanding client reviews—while positioning us for continued success.

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Brand new digital radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopy
  • Comprehensive Laboratory: IDEXX Catalyst One, ProCyte DX and SediVue DX.
  • Surgical Support: Direct access to board-certified specialists in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery
  • Technology: Cornerstone Practice Management Software for streamlined operations

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000+ (based on experience) plus production incentives
Signing Package: Up to $75,000 in signing and retention bonuses
Ownership Opportunity: Buy-in potential available after one year

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: AVMA-accredited DVM or equivalent (ECFVG/PAVE certification)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical practice with leadership background preferred
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, mentorship abilities, and commitment to clinical excellence
  • Licensing: California veterinary license (current or obtainable)
