Gandy Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Medical Director (Managing Veterinarian) to lead our small animal clinic in South Tampa! This role offers potential eligibility for part-ownership, a competitive base salary, and up to $50,000 in bonuses comprised of a sign-on bonus, a retention bonus, and relocation assistance!

Responsibilities: The Medical Director will provide leadership in medical care, oversee associate veterinarians, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the Hospital Manager to drive the hospital's financial performance, including budgeting, and ensure the overall practice operates efficiently under the guidance of NVA Divisional Leadership. You will also mentor staff, promote high-quality care, and help establish a strong presence in the community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinarian
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
- Commitment to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethics

Compensation:
- $150-180K base salary, depending on experience
- We are offering up to $50K in bonuses comprised of a sign-on, retention bonus, and relocation assistance.
- Eligible for production-based bonuses
