Responsibilities: As Medical Director, you will provide leadership, oversee associate veterinarians, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will foster a collaborative environment that delivers high-quality care.
You will work closely with the Hospital Manager to manage the hospital’s financial performance, prepare operating and capital budgets, and ensure fiscal goals are met. Together, you’ll manage the practice under the guidance of NVA Divisional Leadership.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $140K - $170K depending on experience and 24% production on services
- Bonuses: Up to $50K in sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance if applicable
