Medical Director Opportunity – Court Street Animal Hospital, Plymouth, MA

Court Street Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated, versatile Medical Director to lead our growing veterinary practice, in the heart of historic Plymouth, MA. Located in a charming 1800s colonial-style home, our fully equipped hospital combines modern medicine with a warm, home style atmosphere and has been a community favorite for over 15 years! This leader will provide exceptional patient care and customer service, while prioritizing transparent communications and collaboration with our dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, ambitious, and innovative individual combining financial intelligence with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset to unleash our hospital’s potential. With strong emotional intelligence, the Medical Director will inspire and empower or team to provide exceptional care while creating a positive work environment.
