Job Description

Travis Country Animal Hospital located in Austin, TX is seeking an Experienced Veterinarian/Medical Director!

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who may be interested in growing into a medical director position at Travis. We are also open to someone who is already a medical director or managing veterinarian and is looking for a new challenge


Our hospital, once a 3-4 doctor practice, recently had 2 doctors move out of state and so we’re looking to hire an experienced Veterinarian. We have a highly loyal client base with retention rates of 75%+, all while still growing our client base year over year. This makes Travis Country an excellent destination for a doctor eager to drive an already established practice to new heights!

Highly tech-driven which enables our doctors to focus on practicing great medicine and maximize efficiency. Doctors interested in surgery are ideal candidates as there will be lots of opportunity to split your week between surgery and appointments.

**25k Sign-On!!**

**$145-155k base dependent on experience**

  • Digital radiography (general and dental)
  • Idexx lab equipment
  • Wet tables in treatment area
