Cat Clinic of Greensboro, located in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking a Veterinarian to join our practice!

Cat Clinic of Greensboro is a full-service hospital focusing exclusively on feline health, care, and wellness. Established in 1989, the clinic is located in Greensboro, North Carolina and serves the surrounding area.

On a daily basis, we offer preventative health care and health education to the Greensboro, NC community and the Triad. We are dedicated to providing quality veterinary care throughout the life of our patients. With routine exams and preventative care, we believe that health-related issues can be prevented or treated in a timely manner. We offer a variety of services in addition to health exams. We offer dental care, surgical procedures, laser therapy, x-rays and much, much more.

Known as The Piedmont Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point), our area has a “work hard – play harder” feel to it. With so many activities within a few hours (or less), as Greensboro is in the heart of North Carolina. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Continuity of care and trust by communicating effectively with clients to determine their needs and wishes; perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures in a way that will deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort, leading to client retention.
  • Collaborate and Assists in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure delivery of the highest quality care and exceptional client service.
  • Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols; assist colleagues in follow-up and future management of the patient. 
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, attend Continuing Education meetings and complete at least 20 hours of accredited CE per year.
  • Presents a positive image of the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in North Carolina
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Veterinarian
  • Outgoing and able to easily connect and communicate with patients and team members alike
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
