What You’ll Bring:

  • Leadership Experience: You’ve demonstrated strong leadership skills and are eager to mentor, guide, and inspire a team of talented professionals.
  • Clinical Expertise: You thrive in an ER setting and are a well-rounded practitioner with solid surgical skills (a major plus!).
  • Passion for Teaching: Whether training incoming doctors, hosting externs, or developing current team members, you’re committed to sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
  • Independent Spirit: You’re confident and capable of taking the reins in a setting that values autonomy and initiative.

Your Role:

  • Clinical Care (~75%): Deliver exceptional medical care to our patients, working closely with our team to provide the best outcomes.
  • Administrative Leadership (~25%): Oversee hospital operations, set clinical standards, develop protocols and guide our practice to new heights.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Initially focused on overnight and weekend shifts, with the goal of transitioning to a full 24/7 schedule as the hospital grows.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 base salary plus production.

Our Hospital:

AEC is an AAHA accredited emergency hospital, originally established in 1974. In 2017, we closed our old clinic and opened our new 10,000-square-foot facility, designed by practicing veterinarians to provide the residents of the Inland Empire and surrounding areas with comprehensive emergency veterinary care.

  • State of the art anesthesiology, monitoring, pulse oximetry, blood testing
  • Digital radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic laser 
  • Excellent nursing team to support you being able to provide top-notch patient care
