Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an internship trained or experienced ER DVM to join our team. This would be a part-time position that would require 2/12 hour shifts a week or an average of 4/12 hour shifts every two weeks with the possibility for additional shifts if preferred.
Part-time positions available at AVECCC Gilbert, Peoria and ARISE, open to rotating between all three locations if preferred.

Join our AMAZING team in our new 32,000 square foot/two-story state-of-the-art hospital and Regional Training Center located in beautiful Queen Creek, AZ. Arizona Regional Intensive Care, Specialty and Emergency practice will be the flagship Multi-Specialty & ER hospital of our three sister sites and will serve the fast-growing Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Mesa and San Tan Valley areas of Southeast Phoenix.
- You will work alongside as a team with our DAVECCC's who are in the hospital six days a week and on call 24/7
- You will be supported by our credentialed veterinary technicians which will ensure you are able to do your job to the best of your ability
- Continued learning at all levels is our passion
- Intern lecture series and resident rounds are held every week with remote access
- Morning grand rounds with a focus on specialty collaboration

Our team will consist of a high number of other Emergency DVM’s and Specialists within Surgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Dermatology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Neurology and Anesthesiology.
Our DVM team is supported in person or on-call by a team of board-certified critical care specialists available 24/7/365 days a year.
Access to in-house access to board certified surgeons, radiologists, internal medicine specialists, cardiologists and dentists.
Continued learning at all levels is our passion. Intern lecture series and resident rounds are held every week with remote access. Cage-side rounds are in-depth and focus on definitive and total patient care.

Who You Are:
We are looking for an Emergency Veterinarian that is internship trained or with at least 2 years of experience in emergency medicine. A panel and working interview will be encouraged prior to coming on board. Your patients will be afforded outstanding first-rate medical care with the opportunity to collaborate with multiple specialties to optimize patient outcomes.
