We are looking to grow our Medical Care Team of Patient Care Coordinators and Exam Room Technicians. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting our veterinary staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments and addressing client inquiries.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, taking payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Handle challenging situations with empathy, tact, and grace, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting is preferred.
  • Successful candidates must consent to a pre-employment drug screening.
