Title: People Coordinator

Reports To: Vice President, People & Compliance

Job Summary:

The People Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to both the People Business Partner (PBP) team and the Team Member Relations (TMR) team for NVA General Practice. This role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day People activities, helps maintain organized systems, and supports initiatives that foster a positive and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a passion for supporting people-focused work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and triage Retriever Tickets (ServiceNow) and the HR inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Triage cases that come in through NAVEX and direct to TMR or PBP Team as appropriate.
• Coordinate investigation logistics for the TMR and PBPs, including scheduling, document preparation, and secure file management.
• Maintain and update org charts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and organize the HR document library, ensuring proper version control and accessibility to ensure compliance across NVA GP.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics of People data.
• Support policy and program rollouts for both the TMR and PBP teams for all of NVA GP.
• Track timelines and follow-ups for investigations, policy updates, and other People team initiatives.
• Prepare materials for audits, and leadership updates in partnership with PBPs and TMR.
• Prepare materials for monthly division updates
• Provide general administrative and project support to ensure smooth daily operations for both teams.


Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 3+ years of administrative, HR, or coordinator experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot) and comfort learning new systems.
• Experience with HRIS and case management systems (e.g., Dayforce, NAVEX) preferred.


Compensation:
The compensation for this position includes an hourly rate of $24-$28 per hour.
