About The Role:

We are seeking a highly collaborative and technically fluent Product Manager to join our Digital Experience team. This role is responsible for translating business and user needs into clear technical requirements and guiding the end-to-end delivery of digital products that support veterinarians, clinics, pet owners, and internal stakeholders.


Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will partner closely with full stack developers, front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to manage product scope, timelines, and execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring digital products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and provide exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Definition & Requirements

  • Define and document detailed product and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into actionable development plans
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements align with experience design, usability, and accessibility standards
  • Serve as the primary point of clarification for development teams throughout the build process


Delivery & Execution

  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with full stack developers, front-end developers, and designers to plan, sequence, and deliver product features
  • Help manage timelines, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure progress and alignment
  • Identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffs early and work with the Director of Digital Experience to resolve them

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders across Digital Experience, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Operations
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, technical execution, and overall digital experience strategy
  • Communicate product status, timelines, and changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences


Quality & Optimization

  • Support testing efforts including QA, UAT, and post-launch validation
  • Ensure delivered functionality meets defined requirements and quality standards
  • Use analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement


Qualifications:


Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, or a related role
  • Experience defining technical requirements for web and/or mobile digital products
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, front-end and back-end systems, and APIs
  • Proven experience working closely with developers and designers in agile or hybrid agile environments
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail


Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary, life sciences, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with design systems and UX best practices
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product and design platforms
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and data privacy considerations
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale or customer-facing digital platforms

The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
