Position Overview: National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Readiness Analyst to support its mission of providing excellent, accessible care to improve the lives of animals and the people who love them. This role involves developing comprehensive hospital readiness profiles, analyzing workflow processes, and identifying areas for improvement in preparation for PIMS (Practice Information Management System) deployment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive hospital readiness profiles using existing assessment tools and data
  • Analyze workflow processes, current system utilization, and operational practices within hospital settings
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance hospital readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of readiness initiatives
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and other stakeholders

Key Competencies:

1. Assessment
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to form a holistic view of hospital readiness
  • Evaluate alignment of operational practices with PIMS deployment needs
2. Analysis
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics to gauge a hospital's preparedness for a PIMS deployment
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
3. Strategic Planning & Recommendations
  • Skill in identifying areas of improvement in workflows and systems use based on readiness assessments
  • Show capability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for hospital readiness
  • Possess the ability to formulate clear, actionable suggestions for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation or hospital operations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Xcel, SQL, PowerBI)

Compensation:

The total compensation range for the position is between $100,000-$135,000 with opportunity for benefits.
