About this Position:
National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is growing our Recruiting team, and we are looking for a self-motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our efforts to attract recruit top talent. The Recruiting Coordinator will be an organizational pro, able to work effectively with people, possess great communication skills, and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. This is a remote position with occasional office work based on business needs and travel to team events.
The work you’ll do:
- Manage administrative needs of the Campus Recruiting team including but not limited to:
- Partner with the Campus Recruiting team to effectively organize and manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate and fulfill all ordering, shipping, and receiving across Campus events
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting system and confirming new hires
- Processing all invoices in a timely manner
- At times, participate in projects and initiatives including reviewing candidate applications or assisting with Campus team projects
- Manage all employee referral tracking and payments
- Monitor Recruiting mailboxes and deliver inquiries to appropriate party
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting needs
- Occasional delivery of trainings or need to travel in support of Recruiting initiatives
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Recruiting management
- Support candidate attraction & experience initiatives by:
- Overseeing delivery of all candidate gifts (offer and welcome kits)
- Facilitating the development of flyers and other marketing materials
- Assisting in creating content and managing postings on recruiting social media
- Coordinating recruiting video program ensuring stakeholders have resources they need
- Auditing job boards and support projects as directed by Candidate Attraction & Experience Specialist
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar support role
- Willing to embrace change with a great attitude and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Customer service mindset with the ability to organize and prioritize without guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bonus points for experience:
- Working with Campus Recruiting teams
- Working with Recruiting systems like Avature
- In social media and/or Recruitment Marketing initiatives
- Using design programs such as Canva

Salary for this role is $65-70k per year
