  • Vacaville Animal Hospital is under NEW LEADERSHIP, and we are looking for a motivated RVT to join our new team as we grow our business. Part-time to full-time, starting pay $22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

    This is a challenging industry and we all know people who have decided to leave over the last few years. We make decisions with sustainability in mind so we can continue to do the things we love about Vet Med.

    What our expectations are:

    • Have at least 1 full year of experience (required)
    • Must have or have applied for RVT license
    • Be open and honest about your skill level
    • Have a desire to learn and improve your skills
    • The basics of the job (IV catheter placement, blood draws, anesthesia monitoring, patient restraint, x-rays, dentals, etc.)
    • A passion for Veterinary Medicine and helping dogs/cats
    • Ability to “roll with the day” – we schedule in a way that is sustainable but we all know that emergencies will come in etc. We work together as a team to get it done with as little stress as we can

  • The base hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
