Job Description

The mountains are calling! Table Mountain Veterinary Clinic is a fast paced, 4 doctor clinic located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains that services dogs, cats and a variety of small mammals. You will work hand-in-hand with veterinarians to ensure quality patient care, and allow for greater efficiency by relieving them of technical work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting veterinarians with veterinary medicine including but not limited to drawing vaccines, administering fluids, performing radiographs, collecting and preparing lab samples
  • Assisting Veterinarians with surgery procedures including but not limited to preparing surgery suite with instruments, performing intubation and pre-anesthetic procedures, monitoring patients post operatively and updating patient records
  • Performing Dentistry procedures including but not limited to cleaning, scaling and polishing teeth using dental equipment, performing fluoride treatments, monitoring anesthesia and assisting veterinarians with extractions
  • Performing necessary treatments for hospitalized patients following all instructions set forth by veterinarians
  • Supporting referral veterinarians while in house with any procedures as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, surgery suite, treatment areas and kennels while following any and all applicable OSHA guidelines.

The base hourly range for this position is $19 - 22. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
