Eagle Animal Hospital at Staley is looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing Team!

With 4 Locations in Kansas City, Riverside, and Liberty - We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, progressive, and individualized care to our furry patients. We are a multi-doctor practice specializing in small animal care. Not only do we offer preventative and prophylactics, but we are also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to perform advanced diagnostics and treatments too!

Veterinary Technicians play an integral role in our hospital whether they are handling patient care, taking care of clients, assisting doctors in surgery, or providing quality nursing care to hospitalized patients. You will fully utilize your skillset and continue to develop your knowledge for years to come! We are looking for a compassionate technician who is ready to put their skills and leadership ability to work!

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Veterinary Experience > 1 year
  • Credentials as Veterinary Technician highly preferred
  • Ability to execute treatment orders as directed by a DVM (to include placing IV Catheters, phlebotomy, Injections, Anesthesia Induction and Monitoring, perioperative surgical nursing, dental prophylaxis, In house laboratory etc).
  • Positive attitude and TEAM Player personality
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
