Job Description

Animal Care Center of Polaris is looking for a registered veterinary technician to join our team!

Job Responsibilites and Duties:

  • Perform, track and log all medical care.
  • Provide general nursing care.
  • Examine animal and checking vitals in preparation for the Veterinarian. 
  • Assist veterinarian with diagnostic and surgical procedures.
  • Monitor animals after surgery. 
  • Administer medication, vaccines and treatments prescribed by veterinarian.
  • Perform nail trims and anal glands on clients. 
  • Collect and perform laboratory tests. 
  • Maintain client records.
