Job Description

Grand River Veterinary Hospital – Caledonia, ON is looking for a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our fast-paced, supportive, and dedicated team! 

At Grand River Veterinary Hospital, you’ll be part of a collaborative 5-doctor team where RVTs are truly valued and utilized to their full scope. Our technicians play an active, hands-on role in patient care—from anesthesia and dentistry to diagnostics and client education—making each day engaging and rewarding. 

We offer a fast-paced but well-supported environment, where teamwork and communication are key. We are also committed to high-quality, patient-focused care, including following Fear Free principles to create a low-stress experience for pets and their owners. 

You’ll play a key role on our team, supporting: 

  • Anesthesia monitoring during surgical procedures  
  • Dentistry and radiology  
  • Diagnostics and laboratory work  
  • Patient care and client education  

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • An RVT comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment  
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills  
  • Someone compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused  
  • A professional who prioritizes patient care and clinic needs  
  • Someone who enjoys variety and staying engaged throughout the day
