We’re hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to serve on a rotating basis between our two-companion animal veterinary hospitals in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago!  
This position would be a great opportunity for a new graduate looking for mentorship and exposure to different, yet challenging environments as well as an experienced Veterinarian looking to grow their clientele based on location demand. 
We are a network of two veterinary clinics: Randall Road Animal Hospital- South Elgin, IL. and Winding Creek Animal Hospital- Crystal Lake, IL. Each operates as an individual, yet each provides support and assistance to one another frequently.

Randall Road Animal Hospital in South Elgin is a well-established, full-service small animal veterinary hospital providing best practice medicine to our local community. We have a progressive approach to medicine, offering a wide range of surgical and wellness services to our patients.
We are primarily small animals but would welcome the ability to expand to pocket pets and/or exotics. If you have an interest or specialty, we can support you with all the resources you need.

Winding Creek Animal Hospital is seeking to hire an Associate Veterinarian for our hospital in Crystal Lake, IL. We are a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We strive to offer the highest quality of care at affordable prices. We have a progressive approach to medicine offering a wide range of surgical, rehabilitation, and wellness services to our patients. 
In addition to cats and dogs, if you have an interest in expanding to exotics, we can support you with all the resources you need. At Winding Creek Animal Hospital, you'll be able to learn from our team of doctors who are experienced in a variety of surgeries. 

  • 5 exam rooms with computers in every room, a surgical suite with two tables, and an isolation ward

  • Digital Radiology
  • Hydrotherapy Treadmill and cold laser therapy for rehab

Offering

Base Compensation: Starting salary range of $120,000 – $160,000 (and up), based on experience level.
Signing bonus – up to $25,000
Retention bonuses.
Production bonuses- paid quarterly.
Retirement plan – 401k with 4% employer match.
Relocation assistance – up to $10,000 moving stipend or housing (temporary and long-term) can be provided if needed.

Schedule- 50/50 between clinics.
Paid time off – Up to 150 hours accrued per year.
