Associate Veterinarian Opportunity – Join Our Two Amazing Clinics!
We’re hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to rotate between two established companion animal veterinary hospitals in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago! This is an ideal position for a new graduate seeking mentorship and diverse clinical experiences or for an experienced veterinarian looking to expand their client base at two thriving practices.
Our Clinics: We are a network of two highly regarded veterinary hospitals:
- Randall Road Animal Hospital in South Elgin, IL
- Winding Creek Animal Hospital in Crystal Lake, IL
Both clinics provide top-notch veterinary care and foster a supportive and collaborative work environment. Each clinic operates independently but frequently works together, offering a great opportunity for professional growth.

- 5 Exam Rooms with computers in every room
- Surgical Suite with two tables and isolation ward
- Advanced Equipment: Ultrasound, cold laser therapy, hydrotherapy treadmill for rehab, digital radiology, surgical laser
- Comprehensive Care: Medical, surgical, dental, and rehabilitation services
- Potential for Exotics: Support and resources available if you’re interested in expanding into exotics
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000+ based on experience
- Signing Bonus: Up to $25,000
- Retention Bonuses & Production Bonuses paid quarterly
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 4% employer match

Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
