Associate Veterinarian Opportunity – Join Our Two Amazing Clinics!

We’re hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to rotate between two established companion animal veterinary hospitals in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago! This is an ideal position for a new graduate seeking mentorship and diverse clinical experiences or for an experienced veterinarian looking to expand their client base at two thriving practices.

Our Clinics: We are a network of two highly regarded veterinary hospitals:

  • Randall Road Animal Hospital in South Elgin, IL
  • Winding Creek Animal Hospital in Crystal Lake, IL

Both clinics provide top-notch veterinary care and foster a supportive and collaborative work environment. Each clinic operates independently but frequently works together, offering a great opportunity for professional growth.

  • 5 Exam Rooms with computers in every room
  • Surgical Suite with two tables and isolation ward
  • Advanced Equipment: Ultrasound, cold laser therapy, hydrotherapy treadmill for rehab, digital radiology, surgical laser
  • Comprehensive Care: Medical, surgical, dental, and rehabilitation services
  • Potential for Exotics: Support and resources available if you’re interested in expanding into exotics

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000+ based on experience
  • Signing Bonus: Up to $25,000
  • Retention Bonuses & Production Bonuses paid quarterly
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 moving stipend or temporary housing

Qualifications:

  • DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
