Job Description

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst who will manage HCM projects, integrations and system enhancements, new functionality, and modules of the HCM systems. This is a remote role, based anywhere within the United States, and reports directly to the HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Act as subject matter expert providing guidance and support on scheduling, time and entitlement practices and functions within the organization.
  • Maintain and update statutory and company PTO rules, company wage and hour, pay, adjustment rules.
  • Monitors and manages all HCM data integrations, gathers requirements and completes specification documentation.  
  • Manages projects as assigned including, new programs or processes or implementation of new reports or HCM modules.
  • Assists with security administration in the HCM to support new site leaders and acquisitions. 
  • Develop reports and provide ad-hoc and reoccurring scheduled reporting to internal and field teams 
  • Collaborate with broader HR Technology team and ensure proper transition and communication
  • Manage and Configure Dayforce (primary System), ADP Vantage and WorkforceNow
  • Understand and support all enterprise level transactions (e.g. rehires, transfers, additional job assignments) for assigned regions in accordance with HRIS protocols
  • Partner with Benefits, HR Operations and Payroll teams as needed
  • Lead and participate in testing of patches & updates and new releases
  • Other job duties as needed

Qualifications Required:

  • Associate degree in related discipline required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
  • 5+ years of professional HRIS experience required, with responsibility for supporting organizations with 20000+ employees
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook) and working knowledge of HR policies and practices required.
  • Prior experience with Dayforce required
  • Prior experience with high growth complex organizations preferred
  • Ability to collaborate within a group to organize and prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with discretion.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
