We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our web platforms and digital products. This role will play a critical part in shaping user-centered experiences across customer-facing and internal systems at enterprise scale.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites and digital products, from concept and research through design, testing, and launch
  • Own the visual and interaction design of enterprise websites and product platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
  • Oversee website management, optimization, and ongoing enhancements, including performance, accessibility, and scalability
  • Establish and evolve UI/UX standards, best practices, and design systems across multiple products and platforms
  • Mentor and provide design leadership to junior designers and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and support inclusive user experiences

Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, website development, and digital product design
  • Proven experience designing and managing large-scale, high-traffic websites and/or enterprise-level digital products
  • Strong background in product creation and lifecycle management, from ideation through launch and optimization
  • Experience working in regulated, service-based, or healthcare-related industries is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid development environments
  • Experience supporting and evolving design systems across multiple platforms and teams

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design translates to development
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and product design work with measurable business or user-impact outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive, mobile-first design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$120,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
