This full-time, multi-site Veterinarian position is an ideal opportunity for an experienced doctor who seeks the flexibility, balance, and earning potential of relief work with the consistency and stability of working for one amazing company.

The right candidate will divide their work time to support several of our California premiere veterinary locations - all offering cutting edge medical resources, the expertise of devoted medical staffs and the pleasure of working with warm and welcoming clientele all in an effort to provide the best quality care for the pets of California. Our Veterinary Hospitals offer a complete range of services including preventative wellness, urgent care, dentistry, surgery, laser therapy, and much more!


In this role you will write your own schedule, which means you’ll have the flexibility work when you want and how often you want. The pay is per diem plus excess production, so you are guaranteed to earn a minimum daily rate with no negative production accruals ever. Your time will be split between 3-5 of our locations in California, which means you will experience a nice variety of diverse sites and patients while still being able to form lasting relationships with your teammates.


A big part of this position is flexibility in regards to schedule and location of practice. With several hospitals in these states we are well equipped to reward your excellence with a robust compensation package, including:  

  • Competitive daily base rate (plus excess production, negotiable and based on experience)
    • 2 shifts per week base salary at $70k at 22%
    • 3 shifts per week base salary at $110k at 22%
    • 4 shifts per week base salary at $140k at 22%

What you need: 

  • Active license in CA
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Veterinarian
  • Small animal experience in General Practice, Internal Medicine and Surgery
