JOB TITLE: Specialist, IT Procurement & Licensing
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY: The Specialist, IT Procurement & Licensing is responsible for the enterprise IT procurement processes which
includes, but are not limited to, purchasing of goods or services through issuing and tracking of purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily IT hardware/software requests and issue Purchase Orders. 
  • Inform stakeholders of PO issuance and any other details regarding orders including risk of project readiness or requested delivery date.
  • Follow each order to ensure all items are tracked and received. 

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 1+ year(s) in procurement systems including purchase orders, coding, and invoicing experience
preferred.

cultures.

efficiently.

• Work Standards—Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility
and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of
excellence rather than having standards imposed.
• Promote an elevated level of customer satisfaction and respond with the appropriate amount of
urgency to user problems.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 1+ years of Oracle Finance experience
• 1+ years of experience in IT discipline technical/infrastructure architecture

Minimum Education: High School
Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 Years' Experience

Compensation: The annual salary range is between $65,000-$80,000
