Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Product Manager to support our Innovation Team in driving key initiatives that enhance the digital experience and technology adoption for our hospital care teams. This role will play a critical part by owning the PIMS data and reporting roadmap.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll work closely with product professionals, operations, data teams, and Vetcove to scope and deliver tools that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Roadmap: Owns the PIMS data and reporting roadmap, managing prioritization, dependencies, and other key priorities
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, operations, engineering, data teams, and Vetcove to drive alignment
• Reporting: Build prototypes of reports, UATs data — is willing to lean in and be hands on where needed to drive delivery

Key Competencies
• Technical proficiency: Fluency with data and reporting tools, SQL specifically
• Business Acumen: Understanding of how operational metrics drive business decision-making
• Stakeholder Management: Will work with business leaders to understand requirements and manage expectations on delivery

Preferred Qualifications
• 3-6+ years of experience in technical product management
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or multi-site businesses is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with data tools (SQL)
• Experience working on business enablement products (i.e. B2B software designed to make businesses more productive)
• Direct experience with data/reporting as a product surface area
• Experience with team leadership

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 and is eligible for benefits.
