About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our web platforms and digital products. This role will play a critical part in shaping user-centered experiences across customer-facing and internal systems at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end UI/UX for web and digital products, from concept through launch and optimization.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools.
- Ensure design consistency across products, platforms, and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to website management and digital product optimization, including performance, accessibility, and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implementable and meet technical constraints.
- Follow UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG) to support inclusive user experiences.
- Incorporate user research, analytics, and feedback into design decisions for continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design translates to development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital product design with measurable impact.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive, mobile-first design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

The base salary range for this full-time position is up to $120,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
