Ruskin Animal Hospital small animal general practice located 30 minutes south of Tampa. Our clinic has been caring for the pets of South Shore residents since 1971. We have been voted the best veterinarian on South Shore! In addition to medical care and services, the veterinarian clinic offers an in-house pharmacy. Ruskin Animal Hospital and Cat Thyroid Center has gained regional and national recognition for one of the first centers for treating feline hyperthyroidism. Our Cat Thyroid Center opened in 1999 and has treated over 3800 cats with this disease from as far away as Colorado, Tennessee, New York, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Nassau.

We have a well-established practice with a recently remodeled lobby and a dedicated and talented team.  Our support staff have regular on-site training and receive continuing education off-site. Experience Requirement: At least 1 year of experience working as a veterinarian.
