The Paw Patch Place is hiring! We are looking to add a Veterinarian to our growing team.


If you consider veterinary medicine more of a calling than just a career we want to talk to you! The only Fear Free Hospital in Indianapolis, we are a successful 3 doctor practice searching for a caring compassionate veterinarian to join our family. New grads and experienced doctors welcome! We offer a great work/life balance with no weekends, a 4-day work week, appointments done by 6 pm and no after hour emergencies!


Now offering 4th year DVM students a $1,000 monthly stipend until graduation!


The Paw Patch Place is an established, busy, high-quality practice that caters to each client and patient on an individual basis. We have an amazing clientele and experienced staff that allows us to practice good quality medicine. We strive for quality medicine and surgery in a warm, friendly, family atmosphere. We practice gentle restraint and fear free techniques which reduce the clients, patients and staff stress. All of our veterinarians and veterinarian technicians are Fear Free certified, and we are also a Cat Friendly practice.


What We Offer: 

  • Up to $30k bonus package (sign-on, relocation, retention)
  • $1,000 monthly stipend for 4th year students
  • 5 general exam rooms, Surgical suite, Digital radiography
  • Ultrasound, Abaxis Vet Lab Station, therapeutic laser 
  • Cardell veterinary monitors, Tonovet plus, Nutrition Counseling, digital dental radiography and more!

We provide our veterinarians with a less than 40 hour work week, no after hour emergencies, great compensation, paid time off and holidays, 401k, CE allowance, professional dues, and a fun positive place to work!

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program - required
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed - required
  • Fear Free Certified preferred
