Waterbury Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate and dedicated veterinarian to join our outstanding 4-doctor small animal practice. Located in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains, our hospital is nestled between the renowned ski resorts of Stowe and Sugarbush in the vibrant community of Waterbury Center.
Our large, modern facility is fully equipped with digital radiography (including radiologist interpretation), ultrasound, a full surgical suite, a dedicated dental suite with digital dental radiography, and a therapeutic laser. We are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive medical care while educating our clients and actively supporting our community. Our incredible, highly trained support staff helps us maintain the highest standards of care—and makes each day a joy.

Compensation:
- Base salary of $100-$140k (dependent on experience)
- Production-based bonuses
- Sign-on bonuses up to $40k
We are looking for a veterinarian who will bring new ideas to help continue to improve our practice, is enthusiastic about practicing high-quality, progressive medicine, and values being part of a fun-loving, collaborative team. You should also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning and growing alongside a supportive team.
