Harbor Animal Hospital, in Gig Harbor, WA is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.


You’ll love Gig Harbor! Harbor Animal Hospital, located in one of the most picturesque small cities in the country, is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our team! We are looking for an interest in reproduction and can offer excellent and committed mentorship. All experience levels are welcome. We are a busy, small animal general practice with 7 doctors and 5 Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Harbor Animal Hospital has been serving the Gig Harbor community since 2005 and has over 100 years of combined veterinary experience.


About our Hospital:
• Digital and dental radiography
• Ultrasound
• Surgery
• Acupuncture
• Tonometry
• Laser
• In-house laboratory testing
• Cloud-based software.


About the Role:
We value our employees and support a healthy work-life balance. We take pride in being part of a strong active community with wonderful clientele who are committed to their pets’ health. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 8 am – 4 pm.
  • Guaranteed Salary starting at $130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monthly Production Bonus (21-22% depending on experience)
  • $30,000 Bonus Package (we will assist with relocation)
  • $3000 CE budget + an extra week of time off - in addition to PTO (annually)
  • 3 weeks PTO
  • 4-day work week max
