Northpointe Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team!

Northpointe Animal Hospital in Lynnwood, WA, is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. We are a team highly passionate about small animal dentistry.  

At Northpointe Animal Hospital we have established a collaborative team set on providing a Gold Standard of care for all of our very valued clients.  Our staff is Fear Free trained and we are pursuing AAHA accreditation in the near future. We are currently running 4 surgery days and are focused on continuing to grow out our ever-expanding dentistry services. 

AND...we have expanded!  During this exciting process our team had opportunity to give their input and add their wishes to the build-out plans and equipment needs.  We are proud to offer state-of-the-art equipment such as dental x-ray machine, laser therapy, ultrasound, and dental delivery machine. We have constructed a new surgery suite, x-ray room, an exclusive dental suite, a brand-new doctor office space, five exam rooms, and a spacious treatment area.  All these features allow for better quality of work life and safety for staff and patients. 


The compensation package includes the following: 

  • Compensation projection of $120K + (we pay with a pro-sal model)
  • Sign-on, Relocation and Retention bonuses upon contract commitment
  • Full Benefits including health care, dental coverage and a 401K with match
  • Paid Sick Leave and generous vacation time
  • Focus on high quality small animal medicine & dentistry training 
  • Annual commitment to Continued Education (time and cost coverage)
