Brookfield Veterinary Hospital, in Redmond, WA, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian


The Brookfield Veterinary Hospital is a busy AAHA accredited facility that has been providing the highest quality veterinary care for the Redmond community since 1999.  We are a 4 doctor hospital with a dynamic support team.  Our highly trained and dedicated team works together to serve our small animal clientele through our progressive approach to medicine and our utilization of the latest veterinary medical technology. Our hospital provides basic wellness checks, in-house diagnostic services, dental services, basic surgery, and senior pet care.  It is also important to us to partner with the community that we aim to serve by providing free exams for pets adopted from local shelters and providing service donations to local charities for benefit auctions.



About the Hospital:

Remolded in 2013, our 6,000 square foot facility comes equipped with a warm and welcoming reception area, 5 exam rooms, a dental suite, a surgical suite, and a recovery suite. Some of our other fun tools include:

·       Digital Radiographs

·       Digital Dental Radiographs

·       Ultrasound

·       Complete In-House Laboratory and an Outside Reference Lab with results available in 24 hours

·       Gas anesthesia (sevoflurane)


SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:

Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience)

PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-22%.)

Signing Bonus Package:

  • Sign on Bonus will be paid at start date ($5,000-$10,000)
  • Relocation Bonus Package ($5,000 - $10,000)

New Grad Benefits

  • Program for all New Grads for year one.
  • Tuition Assistance Bonus to newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by the end of 2024.
  • CE for newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by end of 2024.
  • – Once you sign with us, if you refer “a friend” you can earn an additional $10,000.

Paid Time Off

·       Minimum 3 weeks (12 days)

Schedule

·       3-4 days a week (10-hour shifts) – counts as full time

  • Annual stipend for CE of your choice ($2,500 - $3,000)
  • Professional Training and Development upon request

  • Membership in AVMA, VIN, WSVMA, your choice
